1. Overview
This Refund Policy applies to payments made to EMARKET DEALS LTD ("eMarketDeals", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England & Wales under company number 16589954, registered office Courtwood House, Silver Street Head, Sheffield, England, S1 2DD. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions.
2. The nature of our services
We provide professional digital marketing services that involve specialist time, strategy and, in many cases, third-party costs (for example advertising platforms and tools). Once work has started, that time and those costs cannot be recovered, which is reflected in the policy below.
3. Your 14-day cancellation right
If you are a consumer in the UK, you generally have the right to cancel a purchase of services within 14 days of placing your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. However, if you ask us to begin work during that period, you acknowledge that:
- your right to cancel ends once the service has been fully performed; and
- if you cancel after work has started but before it is complete, you may be charged for the work already carried out, in proportion to what has been delivered.
This statutory right applies to consumers and does not affect business customers, whose cancellation terms are set out in their engagement agreement.
4. Before work begins
If you have paid for a service and we have not yet started any work, you may request a full refund. Contact us as soon as possible at info@emarketdeals.com and we will process it.
5. After work has begun
Once work has started, fees for the work already performed are non-refundable. Where a project is part-completed, any refund (if applicable) will be calculated based on the proportion of work not yet delivered, at our reasonable discretion and in line with your engagement agreement.
6. Ongoing plans and cancellations
We operate with no long lock-ins. You may cancel ongoing work in line with the notice terms agreed for your plan. Cancelling stops future work and future charges; it does not refund fees for work already completed in the current period.
7. No guarantee of results
Refunds are not provided on the basis of marketing performance (such as rankings, traffic, leads or sales), as these depend on factors outside our control. We are accountable for delivering our services professionally and as agreed, not for guaranteeing a specific commercial outcome unless expressly stated in writing.
8. VAT and bank-transfer payments
Where VAT has been charged, any refund will include the VAT element. If you paid by direct bank transfer (including under our 5% discount option), approved refunds are returned to the originating bank account. Card payments are refunded to the original card via Stripe.
9. How to request a refund
Email info@emarketdeals.com or message us on WhatsApp with your name, the email used at checkout, and your order or invoice details. We aim to acknowledge requests within 2 business days. Approved card refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
