3. Our services
We provide digital marketing services including, but not limited to, SEO, paid advertising, content, social media, web development and related strategy. The exact scope, deliverables and timelines of any engagement will be agreed with you before work begins.
4. Pricing and VAT
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and, unless stated otherwise, exclude VAT and any advertising spend. VAT is added at the prevailing rate (currently 20%) at checkout where applicable. Your advertising budget (amounts paid to platforms such as Google or Meta) is separate from our fees and remains in your own ad accounts.
5. Payment
- Card payment: payments made through this website are processed securely by Stripe. By completing checkout you authorise the charge shown for your selected plan.
- Bank transfer discount: where offered, a 5% discount is available if you choose to pay by direct bank transfer instead of card. To use this option, contact us before paying and we will issue payment details and an invoice.
- Invoices: we issue an itemised invoice or receipt for every payment.
6. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, to supply any access, materials or approvals we reasonably need to carry out the work, and to ensure that anything you ask us to publish or promote is lawful and does not infringe the rights of others.
7. Cancellations and refunds
We operate with no long lock-ins — you may cancel ongoing work in line with the terms agreed for your engagement. Because our services involve specialist time and third-party costs, fees for work already performed are non-refundable unless required by law. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us promptly and we will review it fairly.
8. Results disclaimer
Digital marketing depends on many factors outside our control, including search engines, advertising platforms and market conditions. While we work to a high standard and are accountable for our effort and process, we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads or sales unless expressly stated in writing.
9. Intellectual property
The content, branding and design of this website belong to EMARKET DEALS LTD and may not be copied or reused without permission. Ownership of deliverables we create for you is addressed in your engagement agreement, typically transferring on full payment.
10. Third-party platforms
Our services may rely on third-party platforms and tools, each governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for changes, outages or decisions made by those third parties.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with our services is limited to the fees paid by you for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profits, revenue or data. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Each party agrees to keep the other's confidential information private and to use it only for the purpose of the engagement.

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
